Cancelation

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of the service(s) booked. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the service(s) booked will be charged to your account. We understand emergencies can happen, and we will take that into account when reviewing any cancellation charges. However, we do ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Late Arrival

We deeply value both your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, but if you are running over 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to request rescheduling to ensure that our stylists can dedicate sufficient time to deliver the high-quality service you deserve, In the event of a late cancellation, a 50% service fee based on the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

Satisfaction

At Penelope June Salon, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every visit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your hair service, please reach out to us within one week of your appointment. We will gladly arrange a follow-up consultation with the same stylist to address your concerns and ensure your happiness with the result. Your confidence and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are here to make sure you leave our salon feeling fabulous.
